The Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden Oral History Collection consists of oral histories that focus on twentieth-century life, industry, and Catholicism in Western Pennsylvania. There are a total of 70 oral history interviews: 67 conducted between 1979 to 1983; 3 conducted in 1990. Those interviewed consist of 49 individual Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden; 20 individuals from Aliquippa; 2 men from industry; a housewife from Homewood; Monsignor Charles Owen Rice; and Bishop Vincent Leonard. These were part of the Heritage Development Project spearheaded by Sister Sally Witt, C.S.J.

The collection, held by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Baden Archives, contains 94 audiocassette tapes of oral history interviews with corresponding outlines and transcriptions.
