  • A copy of a memo from Clapp to presidents of PARC chapters across the state after the removal of Dr. James McClelland as superintendent of Polk State School and Hospital. In the memo, Clapp described what she and other PARC representatives observed and why they called for an unannounced visit by Secretary of Public Welfare Helene Wohlgemuth.
