Description
Description of the photograph reads, “Boat called Trojan when built in 1923 by the Marietta Manufacturing Co. of Pt. Pleasant, West Virginia as a stern wheeler. It was 83 x 22.2 x 5.2’. Used mostly to shift barges at the landing, later the boat was pulled out on Floreffe, Pa. Marine Ways, and converted into a screw propeller boat while super structure was changed.”
