Description
The south end of a barge loading facility under construction where down river shipping will take place. Construction of this structure, located near the Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation’s Aliquippa Works, included the main building, barge shipping railroad tracks, 15-ton crane, number four wharf cell, out-board column support cells, and a quad cell.
