  • Three specially equipped speech therapy mobile units for use in a special education program directed by Dr. Margaret Livingston are pictured. The units made it possible for the school district to provide soundproof, fully equipped therapy centers on wheels to treat speech and hearing handicaps in all Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Each unit cost approximately $15,000.
