This is a front view of the Judge William Wilkins House (Homewood), in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The Greek Revival House, built in 1835, was razed in 1924. This photograph is found on p. 123 of Stotz's 1936 book entitled Early Architecture of Western Pennsylvania (image A1-583a).
