A view of the plan for the Boulevard of the Allies, Viaduct No. 2. The plan also shows the impact of the boulevard on the Soho streets of Jumonville, Seneca, Brady, and Forbes Avenue. The total cost of this project in 1921 was $208,650 or, adjusted for inflation, $2,633,932.
