Description
In 1942, the Flowers decided to move their house from its location on Pennsylvania Avenue to a spot on nearby Second Street. Moving the house took three days. For the duration of the move, the Flowers family continued to live in their house, suffering little to no inconvenience from their location-shifting. With the home raised up on blocks, workers rest in the home's shadow. Originally from the Len Flowers Collection.
