  • Judge Henry Smith, Byron Peters, and Harry Washington (all members of 'The Frogs') wearing tuxedos and standing in front of a bandstand. A fourth man on the bandstand is preparing to hand the microphone to one of the other men. The stage is decorated with ferns and a tropical backdrop, the bandstand has the letters W" and "H" on the front (possibly for Walt Harper's band). On the three members of 'The Frogs' (white tuxedo jackets) there are lapel ribbons and white corsages. The man in the center also has a large patch of the Frogs logo (a frog dressed in a tuxedo with top hat and cane) on his left breast of his jacket."
