  • Frederick Theodore Wagner was a Pittsburgh photographer who often photographed his relatives, children, neighbors, and friends. Wagner, whose parents emigrated from Germany, worked for the railroads. Wagner married Elizabeth Margaret Smith (Margaret) on December 8, 1900. They had four children, Marguerite, Theodore, John, and Elizabeth, before Margaret died in 1910. He then remarried Anna Elizabeth Smith (Lizzie) and had two more children, August and Robert.
