  • The entry end of the No. 3 Coil Processing Line located in the Tin Plate Department of the Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation’s Aliquippa Works. At this mill, steel is cold rolled into the proper thickness and then electrolytically coated with a thin coating of pure tin to form tin plate.
