  • Mesta Machine Company produced a variety of bar mills that were classified as merchant mills, bar mills, bail mills, billet mills, and structural mills. The company specialized in manufacturing the larger versions of these products. The middle roll of the mill was fixed, while screws adjusted the top and bottom rolls. The mills were driven by electric motors running at relatively high speeds.
