Description
The Mesta Machine Company produced various types of engines for use with blast furnaces. These engines included gas power, steam power, una-flow or direct-flow, reversing, and Corliss engines. These products were noted for their efficiency. The company produced these engines for use in rolling mills, air and gas compressors, and vacuum pumps. Mesta also produced forging presses, shears, cut and machine-molded gears, and various types of rolls used in rolling mills.
