Description
In the food science courses, students at South Vocational High School studied safe food handling, assembly line food production, costs, cooking, and table arrangements. The students pictured learn how to roll pastries in a Commercial Bakery class. By January of 1963, forty-six out of a total enrollment of 484 South Vocational High School students were enrolled in baking classes.
