Description
Illustration by Frederick J. Osterling of the Pittsburgh Times Building located in downtown Pittsburgh, Pa. The building was designed in a Richardson Romanesque style and was one of his most successful buildings. This is a three lot wide version designed by Osterling that was used for the Third Avenue entrance on the southern side of the building. The building was constructed in 1892 and still stands today at 346 Fourth Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh.
