A view of the W. H. Colvin, Jr., a sternwheel towboat operated by the Crucible Fuel Company, towing a coal barge in the Monongahela River. A group of men sit on the Monongahela Wharf as the boat passes by. A pier formerly part of the Wabash Bridge can be seen across the river.
