  • It is currently unknown where this photograph was taken. The photo was almost certainly one of Louis Semple Clarke's (1866-1957), but it does not appear to picture the South Fork Dam, the subject of many of his compositions. One of Clarke's other photographs shows two women holding wooden rackets on the banks of the South Fork Dam, so there is some possibility that the court shown here could have been located somewhere along the circumference of the reservoir.
