Description
Photograph of the town of Rouseville, Pennsylvania. Many of the town's wooden buildings display signs advertising commercial establishments. Signs can be seen for the Cherry Run Hotel, the Pacific and Atlantic Telegraph Office, and J. Landsrath Hardware. Men can be seen standing outside the telegraph office on the porch as a horse-drawn wagon passes nearby. The tops of numerous oil derricks can be seen emerging from various points in the town.
