  • Image shows snow covered Fifer farm looking northeast. In 1998, a thirty-five acre parcel of what was long known as the Fifer Farm was donated to the Hollow Oak Land Trust. Located on Magee Road Extension in Franklin Park Borough, Allegheny County, PA, the Fifer's Field Conservation Area contains a variety of wildlife habitats. The 1820s brick vernacular residence, barn and outbuildings are shown with the road running between the house and barn. The structures and several acres remain with the Fifer family.
