  • Pittsburgh Railways Company emergency vehicle #412 is shown parked on a city street. The open bed truck features scaffolding and a platform on which two workmen are standing while making repairs to the overhead electric wires used by the trains. A bell is attached to the cab roof and a sign saying EMERGENCY is seen across the top of the windshield.
