  • The main entrance into the North Allegheny School Districts's Franklin Elementary School located on Rochester Road in Franklin Township (Franklin Park Borough), Allegheny County, PA. the new entrance and five new classrooms opened in September 1950. The original portion of the school was built in 1936. For many years, class photos were taken on the steps leading to the main entrance.
