  • Looking northward on Perry Highway in 1919 on Wexford Flats in Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, PA. Utility poles can be seen on both sides of rutted, dirt road. Also in view is a frame dwelling believed to have once been the Peter Gloekner residence on the left. This photograph was taken in the vicinity of the present day North Allegheny Senior High School.
