From St. Paul's Lutheran Church of North Park One Hundred Twenty-fifth Anniversary booklet: "A parsonage was built on Babcock Boulevard in 1897 on property presented to St. Paul's congregation by Frank and Sarah Kummer and when the original parsonage was destroyed by fire in 1915 a new parsonage was built on the old foundation." A two and a half story clapboard home with a porch and a swing in the front is shown to the right of the road. A picket fence runs along the front of the property.
