  • Babcock Boulevard in Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, PA. Photo shows construction near Devil's Elbow area. This section of the road was rebuilt, eliminating the sharp curves. This is a view of Mrs. Marie E. Noll's property. Photo shows the Noll house on top of the hill. A "Drink Coca Cola" sign is seen on a utility pole as well as a sign advertising ham and cheese sandwiches. A truck can be seen in the background.
