  • Babcock Boulevard in Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, PA. Photo shows construction near Devil's Elbow area. This section of the road was rebuilt, eliminating the sharp curves. Two North Park picnic groves located near this section of Babcock Boulevard still bear the name Devil's Elbow. Photo shows construction equipment and laborers working in an area newly cleared of trees.
